Made in China and alignment specifications must have been poorly followed. Assembly should have been easy but when holes do not align it is difficult to insert a bolt or a pin. It is supposed to fold down for storage but to do so requires removal of locking pins. I had great difficulty getting these pins inserted and thus am afraid to try to remove them. Perhaps after a few days of use things will loosen. Overall, I would suggest you look at other leaf carts before this item.
